ROOT CHAKRA

In my research and intense study of energy and the chakra system, both academically and from my own experiences and my work with other people and clients, I found a direct connection between people's energy and the pattern they are living in their daily lives. Healing, clearing, and transforming on the inside is absolutely necessary to awaken your Higher Consciousness (Divine Within) and to attract more positive experiences in all areas of your life. This also includes releasing any and all beliefs of lack, limitation, failure (real or unreal), sacrifice, condemnation of self. These beliefs are rooted in your ROOT CHAKRA and began in early childhood.

Most of us get stuck during certain stages of life. A pattern develops from childhood and though there should be a change as we mature, if we are not open to the growth process, we remain in a pattern and do not grow to our fullest potential. For example, we were hurt in the past and carry that hurt, not responding to new and positive situations, because that hurt caused a pattern within us of fear or shame or guilt or intimidation. Until we move on, we attract situations in which we feel helpless, alone, and not being able to cope because of that hurt.

How do you recognize the pattern? You do not have to go far. It doesn't take a professional to tell you. It doesn't take a book to tell you. It doesn't take a college education to tell you.

Your life is always (yes, yes, yes) a perfect mirror for the beliefs and attitudes you are holding on to.

You can object until you run out of breath. This is a truth you must accept. Know now, “Energy follows Thought”. Your experiences will fall into line with your beliefs. Your attitudes and opinions attract situations to you like a magnet. Your words create. Whatever you think and feel about yourself and others is reflected in your energy. And whatever is in your energy is projected and manifested. When you become more positive and affirmative, your energy changes. This also changes the vibration and now the pattern begins to change.

The chakras are non-anatomical vortices of energy existing just outside and within the physical body at the etheric level of the aura. The chakras are supplemented with life energy channeled from the cosmos and earth and are associated with a gland and specific organ of the physical body. Each chakra relates to health energy and emotional issues. The pattern of our attitudes either block life force or allow life force to flow.

This seven part series I am giving you is only a sampling of my chakra course of study, but it is enough to help each of you. If you are blocked and not living the life of your dreams, change can happen with this information. I give it to each of you with love.

The first three chakras, the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus are often called the “Manifestation Path”.
 

The Root Chakra is linked to the material world and your physical reality. What is your physical reality right now? Is there a similar theme running through your life that you can identify? What attitudes do you project? Do you feel sacrifice and suffering are a part of life to get what you want?

Dig deep and please be honest. You are the only one answering in the privacy of your own head.

OK, let's get into this, if you have these feelings; if your life is not what you want; if you doubt yourself, if you have a fear of anything...loss, hurt, intimidation, worthiness; if you are angry about your situation in life, there is a definite connection to myths you are holding on to from family, early education, and religion. They have formed the matrix of your emotional energy and are buried deep in your Root Chakra. Blocks form around your energy. These blocks stop the flow of energy.

The Root Chakra is the foundation chakra and represents Earth, associated with adrenal glands and the concentration of nerves called coccygeal plexus. Primal energy of kundalini resides in the root. This chakra ensures our physical existence, personal survival, and the seat of passion. It is the chakra that gives energy and motivation needed for the realization of our dreams and maintains energy levels within the physical body. It is the essential chakra for manifestation of any idea, dream or concept. There are other chakras (you will learn in this series) that support and sustain the manifestation to completion. The Root Chakra is the anchor and fortress.

Exercises
A warm bath/walking/running/jumping/massage, aromatherapy, dancing, anything to improve circulation.

Meditation
Meditation (even very brief) reaches far beyond affecting the physical body. It is a gateway between worlds. Try going “outside the box” and see beyond illusion and experience the energy of your eternal spirit.

Sit under a tree outside. Breathe deeply 3 full breaths. Relax your body and put your hands on the earth. Visualize a red disk at the base of your spine circling to the left. Say aloud or mentally:
“With Love, all toxins and blocks are removed from my root chakra. This is so. AND SO IT IS.”

Visualize the red disk circling to the right and say:
“My root chakra is now healed and flowing in balance. This is so. AND SO IT IS.”

Take three deep breaths. Clap your hands and put them back on the Earth. Stand and go for a walk admiring Mother Earth and give thanks.

For a week try to wear something RED from your waist down...underpants, slacks, red belt, skirt, or sleep on a red sheet.

REIKI HEALING AND THE CHAKRAS

Oh so briefly, REIKI (pronounced ray-key), a healing systemwas rediscovered in the early 20^th century by a Japanese holy man and scholar, Mikso Usui (me-ka-o you-soo-ee). He studied ancient formulas and Tibetan symbols and found a formula in Sanskrit for healing. It did not work for him. He went to the Kuriyama Temple in Japan to seek answers. Staying there in prayer and solitude, he measured time by placing 21 stones on the ground and removing one each day. Nothing happened, until the morning of the last day. He saw a bright shining light moving toward him at great speed which hit him in the middle of his forehead. He saw blue, white and purple bubbles and in each were four Sanskrit symbols in gold.

Using these symbols, Dr. Usui healed himself and many poor people of Kyoto. The free healings he did for the poor did not last. Sickness and disease returned. After much healing and thought, he developed two principles from his experiences.

1. There must be an exchange of energy. The healing has to have value to the person receiving it. It just cannot be given away.

2. There has to be a change of consciousness in the person receiving it. The recipient of the healing must desire the healing energy (ask for it) and both consciously and subconsciously be willing to be changed by the healing (expect healing).

Dr. Usui system is known as “Usui Reiki”, a Natural Healing System and uses acupressure points by placing hands on each chakra to release energy blockages in the person to be healed. It requires study with a Master-Teacher. In “Usui Reiki”, training, symbols, and the healing energy are transmitted from teacher to student in a sacred attunement ceremony. There are first and second attunements and a third which designates “master”.

Reiki brings together the Divine Energy of the Universe and the Life Force of the body, creating a powerful force that flows through the meridians into the hands. Reiki supports the body's natural ability to heal itself.

In Reiki healing, the attuned practitioner passes healing energy to their clients by drawing a series of Japanese and Tibetan symbols over the fully clothed body, and accessing the vibratory energy field around them within their etheric body. This causes negative energy to surface in the aura and be released. There must be a free flow of ki to all parts of the body, mind and spirit for a person to have good health and attraction of good into all areas of their life.

As my doctorate specialty and subject of my dissertation, I studied and researched intensely and in depth the chakras and energy. In the next six weeks, I will review for you briefly the importance of 7 basic chakras, where they are located, what each does and how each affect your physical energy and what is happening in your life now. I will also give you a brief meditation for each. Reiki can heal, open, and balance the energy flow in each chakra.

AN ILLUSION OF TRUST

 AN ILLUSION OF TRUST...

How many times have you heard “Let Go and Let God”? If you follow that programming to the letter (in other words a literal translation and/or meaning) what exactly do you hope to achieve in this life?

A most important part humanity plays in creation is the exercise of FREE WILL with all its ups and downs.

To achieve a state of awareness and an open channel through which the Universe, God/dess, Source expresses, there is a necessary flowing of energy with the Laws.

And yes, humanity is an Aspect and Divine Expression of Source (First Cause). If the Source desired each of us to be inherently Perfect, humanity would be so. Source expresses through each of us to experience an alternative scenario. We are NOT BEINGS OF CONTROL and never will be as that would not be Total Perfection which is an Aspect of Divine Source. And yes, at times we are controlled by outside influences (parents, teachers, religion) which we are always free to rationally and intelligently move forward to freeing ourselves from irrational beliefs and illogical thinking.

By ONLY living a life of “allowing”, the belief of “Let Go and Let God”, one denies conscious thought, creativity, and right action. If you want to be a mystic, go join a monastery...and give up one of the most precious gifts given...free will.

I am not saying to totally discount faith and allowing the Source to express through us. I am answering those gurus, who at times, go off the deep end “preaching and teaching” a very gray area leading humanity into a maze of philosophical as well as material disaster.

We are creatures of BODY, MIND and SPIRIT. To be an expression of Perfection, ALL THREE had better be working together. When we have bodily sensations as hunger, thirst, pain, pleasure and emotions of fear, joy, happiness, doubt, we do not think of them as spiritual experiences.

GUESS AGAIN!

A spiritual person is one who lives FULLY in the NOW. Yes, it is one who lives in the present moment and body, mind and spirit are in the NOW experience. Because of misconceptions due to some religious practices by certain cultures, many people have concluded that renouncing the body and all its emotions and controlling desires is the way of “spirituality”. This is totally and absolutely incorrect and a definite untruth.

Each one of us has one body, mind and spirit and they are NOT separate from each other. Your spirit with mind is eternal and in this lifetime is one with this present body. Although because of false beliefs fed to us through the years, we tend to separate them and cause imbalance.

Spirituality is body, mind and spirit working as ONE. Spirituality brings material abundance and maintaining material abundance is through spirituality. It is all right to enjoy the Fruits of Plenty and to be in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing. It is all right to co-create and satisfy desires of good health, loving relationships, prosperity. And unless you begin to see and accept your body, mind and spirit as ONE, the impossible will remain the impossible.

NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS

So exactly what are New Year's Resolutions?

It is a series of goals we want to attain in the year just beginning which happens to be 2010.

AND BY THE WAY...A HAPPY, BLESSED, HEALTHY, VERY PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2010 from ME to EACH OF YOU!

So now the big 64,000 dollar question, what are the secrets of successfully manifesting these goals?

1.   Read this carefully>>>It is "BEING ABLE TO BE" that which you really, really want to attract. How?  Become like you were as a child and use your wonderful imagination, see it NOW, smell it NOW, taste it NOW, hear it NOW,  feel it NOW.  When you use your five senses or especially sight and feeling, you raise the manifesting vibration into heights for immediate creation.  REMEMBER >>> the desire/goal/want is already achieved.

2.   You must be willing to "let go" of destructive or unproductive habits, situations, people, places, things.  They will be replaced by beneficial habits, situations, people, places, things through the Universal attraction of Good.

3.   You must believe that your goals will be realized.  Doubt and mistrust will absolutely STOP  the manifesting process.  Begin to change any and all core beliefs that make you doubt and mistrust yourself from achieving your goals.

HOW???

Envision your goals complete.

Recite daily powerful affirmations.

Think about previous accomplishments.

If you think negative, fearful, thoughts and have similar emotions and feelings, that is exactly what you will attract more of.

4.   Detach yourself from controlling the outcome of a goal. Yes, inspired actions are required from a calm state of mind and this is the co-creative process with the Universe.  Control creates obstacles and struggle. Open yourself to work with the Universe.  This requires getting quiet and relaxed.  Ask a question and then LISTEN for that fleeting thought, brief words, and even a quick mental image.  None??? An answer ALWAYS comes IF we ask.  The answer may come later when driving along a highway, preparing a meal, a show on TV, out of a child's mouth.  The more you seek inner wisdom (and it is there) the easier it will become.

Get a small notebook---make it your companion---jot down numbers you see over and over again, a bird that always gets your attention, a predominate color that grabs your sight, a flower, words on a sign, a dream, what messages of wisdom are you ignoring?

5.   Set Boundaries and KEEP THEM!  Are you sabotaging your own efforts?  Make a commitment and follow through.  Set the inspired action you are doing to achieve it.  If you don't do this, the goal was unimportant to you.  Choose a better goal.  If you cannot devote time and energy to it, failure is not far off. 

THE GOAL OR GOALS YOU CHOOSE MUST REQUIRE FOCUS, WILL POWER AND AN EMOTIONAL PASSION TO ACHIEVE.

6.   Day by Day ... thinking positive and transforming negative life actions to positive right actions are the FIRST steps to transform your entire life and achieve your goals.  This signals the Universe and the FLOOD GATES open for health, loving relationships, money flow, success, fulfillment.

Contained within this message to you are NOT just nice words and encouragement, this is TRUTH.  I have experienced exactly this process of co-creation. And yes, I am still a work in progress.

POWER THROUGH DREAMING

Did you know from the beginning when time was first being calculated, thoughts and words had the power to rise individuals and countries to all heights OR to fall defeated?

As one knows, each person has a Higher Self. Each person's Higher Self is a medium of transmission back to Divine Source (First Cause, God/dess, Creator). It is ONLY the Higher Self that facilitates this connection. This is one's portion of pure consciousness. It is constant and connected to all other spirits/souls and shares Divine Knowledge living beyond time and space.

Finding the Presence of the Divine Within is going inward to find peace and silence, seeking your own essence, removing obstacles and inner resistance. It is NOT as difficult as some make it.

To attain success, one must think in the right way over and over again. This repetition actually becomes a part of you and is your success.

Time is made the enemy! Although we have time to play on our computer, time for a movie, time for a night out, time for a luncheon with the guys/gals, time for the gym, and so many other activities, you can add your own excuses here!

Going to a church service weekly or at holiday time, doing magical rituals to accommodate a need or banish negativity, are not the ways to find the Presence of the Divine Within. Yes, all of these things are good. It's like taking a medication for a cold. It makes you feel better and may even take the cold away for a while.

If you really want change in your life...really, really want it...it takes TIME and some WORK on your part. There's NO FREE LUNCH in any realm.

One avenue to assist in our deepest desires, hopes, even fears are the dreams we experience. And yes, you do dream. I am not going into the scientific proof here (too long). You may research that fact yourself. A dream can help solve a problem, understand a situation, give a warning of potential danger, and even show an array of future possibilities. Did you know that the first contact with our Spiritual Guides usually is by a dream especially if they are divine?

Dreaming begins with messages that repeat themselves and everyday reality. Next we begin to enjoy more opportunities, clues for positive direction (the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing) noting and seeing recurring patterns which unravel destructive habits, and our conscious choices become better whereby we put the label of “good luck” on the effects of our choices.

Buy a spiral bound notebook and put it and a pen on your bedside table. Before retiring for the evening, make this intention using words you are comfortable with.

“It is my intention that my spirit and subconscious witness
my dreams tonight and reflect to my conscious mind the beneficial aspects of my dreams. Make this so for my good. AND SO IT IS.”

When you wake, write in your notebook what you remember (even if it is only one word or sentence, image, etc) Give each night its own page. Be sure to date the page. Do the writing before you wash, dress, eat. It is important that you use the waking alpha state.

I recommend you get a dream dictionary if you are going to interpret your own dreams. Many things that you think mean a particular thing, may not.

And now outside influences on your sleep and dreaming that can make a significant difference on the importance of the dreaming state:

• watching a scary TV show or movie

• under the influence of medicine, prescription drugs, recreational drugs, alcohol

• a cold, flu, illness

• over-eating, excessive dieting

• arguments before retiring

• a major shock (bad news)

Discount any dreams, they will be of absolutely no importance, the imagination works over-time in all these scenarios. It is false. And by all means, DO NOT use the intention if you have any of these outside influences.

Psychic Self-Defense

For all reading this article, you do know that everyone has psychic abilities. It is within you and your free will to ignore them or to enhance them. Whatever you choose to do, it is my intention to share some valuable information with you that I have learned in my studies and life experience.

No matter how awakened you are, whatever power you have dwells in the higher vibrational realm. There is still your conscious mind and this does not. The metaphysical goal is to become a perfected being, an incarnation of Power. And for this to happen, your body and your power must both be transformed by the highest spiritual vibrations. This is difficult. It is a reaching deep inside yourself and an opening to the highest power. Most people think religion! Religion is BUSINESS or POLITICS. This is NOT spirituality. Religion is not real, it is an entertainment and a level of intelligence caused by fear and control. Go to a live “Broadway Spectacular Performance”, it makes you weep, laugh, and feel good. How long does it last? What has it done for your material abundance? Has your feelings of fear disappeared? What did your spirit feel? Spirituality without material abundance has NO POWER! When you enter the metaphysical world, protection is essential as you are opening to give and receive.

Have you ever been to a medical doctor with symptoms that could not be diagnosed to your satisfaction or have been diagnosed as a sympathy reaction to something else, or a psychosomatic disorder? There are symptoms affiliated with psychic attacks that at times slip by a medical professional. If you mention anything “psychic” to a western medical doctor you may end up in psycho-therapy classes. It is only in the latter two decades that western medicine is beginning to acknowledge eastern methods especially in regard to energy.

Some of my experiences during my days before my metaphysical studies have included: loss of physical energy very suddenly, loss of mental energy, loss of emotional control, extreme feelings of sadness, loss of appetite and/or binge eating, over-all apathy, unknown dizziness for a brief time, bruising on the physical body without any known injury or blow. And yes, I sought medical attention which ended up in losing my thyroid that was not necessary. Later I found out I had been in contact with a psychic vampire and at times under attack. At that time, I was totally unaware of non-physical energy and psychic development. I knew nothing of esoteric theories, shielding myself from harm and psychic techniques for solving problems, and how to program a warning system. My metaphysical framework began after three experiences I had in my life that awakened a replay button in my mind and I refused to pay the price again.

Lessons learned! The odds are NOW stacked in my favor and my choices are better. Of course, education and a lot of hard work went into it.

You have the right to experience happiness, fulfillment, achievement, knowledge...and you don't need anyone's permission. There is a catch, and a good one---step up and claim the right. Energy in and of itself is neither GOOD or BAD, energy is. It is HOW we use it and that is by our choice.

The energy consumer I speak of could be a family member, an intimate partner, a business associate, a neighbor, a church lady or man that sits beside you , a banker, a retail clerk, a friend, and of course, an enemy. You probably have not noticed what was done until the headache or stomach ache surfaces and a whole lot of other symptoms.

A psychic vampire is one who's spirit needs to obtain vital energy from outside sources. It is an energy predator. For some reason, they cannot generate or store their own energy. These are NOT the society of people associated with the modern vampire communities stimulated by actual blood in one form or another.

In a psychic attack, the aura is the first to be affected. Draining energy is always and should be a concern. There can be additional damage of puncture wounds to the aura which could take weeks to heal. Now, know this, if you have been drained of energy or you have ever been under attack, you did have a part in it as you gave it away willingly and/or allowed the attack. In these experiences, you became “the giver”. Psychic vampires cannot take unless you give. Psychic attack cannot take place within you unless you allow it because of lack of knowledge and protection. Most people do not know they are giving until it is done and they have the depleting experience and/or physical illness. The attack is sometimes disregarded as a forgotten bump. We all know in the study of the metaphysical life there are connection cords which should be cut and healed.

Psychic vampires are not necessarily bad people. Yes, those that perform rituals with the knowledge and intention “to take” are not good. The universal return of 10X will catch up with them. And yes, no matter how they end their “taking or attacking” ritual, the Law is the Law. The 10X will be in the lifetime of the ritual.

The Universe does not play games with the Laws.

Now I believe you have enough information to validate that there are psychic vampires and psychic attacks. There are also books on the subject in any of the esoteric studies. At this time I am giving you an intention to say each and everyday to begin your protection cycle. In part 2 of “Psychic Defense”, I will present several protections for you to choose. It is essential that one be chosen.

Say everyday in the morning upon rising:  “It is my intention each and everyday, no one can have my energy. All attacks on me, physical and non-physical are eradicated at the source. I always receive all the energy I need for body, mind and spirit from Mother Earth, the Air I breathe, and Divine Intelligence. My need to give is fulfilled through healthy and positive means. Make this so for my good and the good of all. AND SO IT IS.”

IN THE BEGINNING ...." 
DIRECT THESE POWERFUL ENERGIES TO BENEFIT YOU!

 In the Beginning there was ONE God-dess (actually SPIRIT with no gender), who had to become several to BE."
In all theological curriculum, we learn a syllogistic proof of FIRST CAUSE (ultimate Creator).  We also know from this complex to simple proof, there was NO NEED in this First Cause.

Later sages and mystics, a few saints, possessing powers of sense perceptions added to our inadequate knowledge (even in the 21st century) of the Creator, saying to this affect of no need".  In addition, that First Cause, the Ultimate Source of Life mirrored Its Power in order to manifest Itself.

The Beings involved in the initial phase of the Cosmos (creation) were powerful beyond anything we could ever realize.  These Beings were issued from a Source on the Highest Cosmic Plane with a vibration that CANNOT be measured by any instrument to date and essentially became ONE SINGLE BEING.  Then joining in Consciousness, Life came into Being.  Is it another myth or truth?  It makes logical sense to reason from stated premises to conclude that First Cause would mirror Itself as the first act of creation. 
Why not keep perfect the perfection?

So with that very brief and definitely inadequate sample of theology, let's get to my point in this article. Every human being (whether you believe this or not) seeks to be ONE with SPIRIT (whether they realize it or not).  It is their own spirit that seeks its own image and likeness.  Once  individuals acknowledge
that they are a part of THE SPIRIT, they are Spirit expressing Itself in their form...body, mind and spirit. Acknowledgment is essential because of "free will".  With this insight, everything begins to fall into place in their life. 
Yes, Yes, Yes, it takes time!  It is the Spiritual Energies that CHANGE things for you.

Now, read this carefully... you MUST know how to direct these Energies in the way that you want them to manifest.  And so, we begin and begin!

I wish all Wiccans a very Happy New Year ... use this time wisely.  Release and banish the past, direct your energies towards abundance in every area of your life with peace.

To everyone else, Happy Halloween and as the veil thins, remember to honor your ancestors by burning a candle in their honor and/or an affirmative prayer of  Thanksgiving for their protection and love.

***ALMOST ...SEPTEMBER ALMOST OVER***

Yes...Yes...Yes it is almost over!  For anyone that did not know, there was a severe planetary disturbance during September especially between the 15th to the 23rd.  Of course, you all know that it usually shows up a little earlier and stays a little later.  It involved the Sun, the Moon, Saturn and Uranus.  The affects were wide spread and affected both men and women, some more slightly, some terribly.  There was also a retrograde of Mercury...even more complications.  And yes, we, at times, can over come these affects.  It involves much study and certain daily exercises.

WELCOME OCTOBER ...

and begin to say daily:

"This day I declare, I affirm that I am a Spiritual and Physical Magnet that attracts to me ALL of the GOOD of Divine Spirit that I can receive.  I set my intention today to live my life to the fullest with Good Health, Happiness, Success, Peace, Freedom, and Financial Security.  Make this so for the good of all.  AND SO IT IS."

PROSPERITY (continued)

How's everyone today?  Did you have a good Summer Solstice and Full Moon?  They were very powerful and most especially could have been utilized in your intentions and energy work.

On with the Prosperity continuation...first of all,  you are never too young or too old to begin to build a million dollar consciousness.  It is your mind that houses the "poverty zone" NOT the Universe. 

Yes, I know the financial claims of America and other countries and ask any metaphysician or metaphysical teacher and they all will agree negative mental programing has been built up over the past two decades by media, controlling fear-ridden religious institutions, break down of the qualities of mind and personality, and especially the building of the "fear zone". 

Remove the shadows of doubt, fear and limitations that may fill your mind and expand your thinking to encompass broader fields of experience. You must learn to clear yourself and stay away from negative people, places and events. Read and study and attain as much knowledge as you can consciously and then TRUST your subconscious level of mind to take over and use it.

Make your thoughts positive for success, health, happiness and prosperity.  Build up enthusiasm and trust.  Consciousness can transform energy into matter.  Oh...yes, it is "quantum physics" and I am not getting into that explanation as that is an astronomical study in itself.  Know this: "the human mind can and does influence matter."

How?  VISUALIZATION!  Yes, Yes, Yes!

When you can "imagine" and "see" the end result, you will, with concentrated intention and deep emotion, GET IT!  And that is YOUR POWER WITHIN.

Be careful...this also applies to any and all negatives.  Whatever is your mental diet, that is what you will receive.  Pray, beg, sacrifice all you care too, this will not give you anything other than what YOU are creating in YOUR MIND.

So begin changing your thinking and move forward into prosperity!

PROSPERITY and THE CHAKRAS

Before we get started HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE and a HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to ALL the Dads out there!

Did you know Chakra Energy is very much associated with YOUR PROSPERITY?

Many of you are familiar with the subject of "CHAKRAS" if you took any of my classes or had an energy healing from me.  Stay with me, I have a few tidbits of review and maybe some new ones for you. 

Each chakra is a transformer within your body.  What do they do?  Many, many things and especially they bring into your system a higher frequency of vibration purifying and healing negative energies. 

A chakra is an interface point between the physical and non-physical form. The Chakra being in your non-physical body called the etheric body and associated with a vital organ of the physical body. 

The chakras are spinning wheels of energy and serve as conductors for the energy information held in the Higher Self or Cosmic Forces. There are many chakras on the body, 22 of which work with your inner self including the 7 primary chakras.  The seven lie in a linear pathway between the Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head, and the Root Chakra, located
at the base of the spine.

There are ONLY 3 chakras able to access and receive energies from the Higher Self. 

ROOT ... SOLAR PLEXUS ...CROWN are the three.  The other chakras can receive these energies ONLY AFTER BEING FILTERED through one of these three.  Any one who has had energy healing from me knows that I concentrate at the ROOT and SOLAR PLEXUS areas.  The CROWN is SPIRIT'S area.

Lasting Prosperity Manifestation requires high vibration.  The Solar Plexus is a vital chakra giving "thought" the power.  The Solar Plexus is YOUR BODY CENTER where all non-physical energy is stored and released by the Subconscious Level of Mind.

Chakras rotate in a circular motion at a specific speed that correlates with the frequency of its function.

PROSPERITY

Rely on your instincts, intuitive (brow chakra) and gut (solar plexus), you will find that money comes to you more freely and easily. When seeking any financial projects or career matters, use tremendous quantities of enthusiasm and refuse to be limited. Stay away from people that are negative and who love to talk about the "woes of the world" including the news media. Avoid getting involved with the get-rich-quick schemes and becoming too attached to certain outcomes ... trust the Universe more and YOUR POWER WITHIN.

It is very important to listen and command your thoughts.  Never, never, never underestimate the power of positive thought.

Listen carefully and THINK before you speak. Be careful with words you use, the word is creation in and of itself. 

Be very careful who you speak to about your plans, what you speak about.  Are they positive?  Do they wish the best for you?  Do you know their motives? What (if anything) are they adding to your manifestation?

Remember to value education and training that you have.  Success is better in stages, a steady development and continued progress gives you a better sense of achievement. Opportunities never cease for financial gain, it is one's own thinking the thoughts of limitation that make us experience the effects of that cause of thinking in that way.

Divinity is Spirit.

Spirit is Substance.

Substance is Supply.

SPIRIT and FAITH

 ... SPIRIT

Anyone that has studied any theology read this over and over again: "The Infinite can NEVER be comprehended by the finite."

Breaking this true fact down, comprehension determines a complete understanding and meaningful explanation of the Infinite.  Yes *** Yes *** Yes *** we can satisfy with certain knowledge that we can prove syllogistically the existence of a FIRST CAUSE.  And therefore, can put a symbolic expression of "divine" on this Infinite.  Going beyond this we get into centuries upon centuries of history, scientific findings, intensified development of teaching half-truths, myths, and so forth.

The true essence of SPIRIT, the DIVINE INFINITE, is unknown.

We do know that Pure Spirit is an uncreated, formless, nonatomic, self-existent Being.  To get involved in more elaborate treatises, I leave this to each individual reader.  In my 6 years of intensified theological curriculum, I know and it is my belief, that my and your Spiritual Self is an atom of Divinity.

 ... FAITH

Religions have taken the word "faith" and have applied it to every known practice associated with them.  From the spiritual path one has chosen to walk, to "blind faith" in believing in dogmas that can and could NEVER be proved.  Just check your dictionary and see what has happened to the word ... "faith". First of all, religion is just that, religion is the path you chose to follow, whatever it may be!  It is not faith.

Having faith begins with you.  It is not something existing outside of you. Faith is a personal attribute. Faith is a belief in yourself and the power that lies deep within you.

Thoughts are free.  This is your freedom and power.  Thoughts create a new source of energy and from it, the action/manifestation one desires to create flows into one.  And that is why the wise wo/man rules their body, mind, and spirit. 

Manifestaion begins with knowing what you REALLY WANT, a knowing how to get it through INTENTION, and realizing and understanding intention works through the power of Divinity.  So a relationship with Divinity is the determining factor in one's manifestations.  Oh, yes, IT is!

How does your Body, Mind, and Spirit relate?

The desire to take chances is innate in all humanity whether primitive or civilized.  Thoughts and actions out of control can bring unexplained events, both good and bad.  It does not last long.  This is where we hear the words..."lucky"  or  "unlucky".  There is NO SUCH THING.

When we put ourselves in harmony with Divinity and know the Law of Cause and Effect =======ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT WE NEED IS WITH HELD.

To attract money >>> To attract success >>> To attract a relationship >>> one MUST understand mind principles, and how to create them in the physical world - your reality.  And yes, there are the physical and metaphysical aspects connected to the mind principles.

FIRST and FOREMOST:

CLEAR ... CLEAR ... CLEAR

If you are fearful and/or negative, you will never take advantage of opportunities because you just will not see them.  Fear is the most powerful and controlling emotion of the mind.

SECOND

A SCHEDULE

To attract money, success, a relationship requires putting yourself on a schedule of a certain kind of thinking and actions.  In the beginning, yes, it requires work and once the habit is formed, it is smooth sailing and you wonder why you didn't do it before now.

THIRD

PHYSICAL and MENTAL LAWS

Money, success, relationships flow with simple physical and mental laws.  Both mind and actions are a requirement in a balanced harmony.

FOURTH

BELIEF/FAITH

Believe that the Universe and YOUR MIND are ONE, and there is absolutely no - thing you will be denied.

FIFTH

"Energy flows to where your attention goes."

This statement is critical to understand and believe.  If you focus on fear, you shall have that fear manifested.  If you focus on success, you shall have that success manifested.

So the answer to attract money, success, relationships, are INSIDE YOU.  You are part of DIVINITY and that IS YOUR POWER.

When you exist in denial, fear, shame, guilt, negativity, your Divine Power lies dormant...it sleeps. Bring IT into the Light and witness ALL GOOD in your life.

RECOGNIZE YOUR TALENTS

"AS WITHIN, SO WITHOUT"

So what is within you?

Let me begin by saying being metaphysical is NOT as simple as some gurus make it out to be.

SO YOU THINK YOU'RE A "PRO"!

This way of life requires a strong personal commitment where your every thought, every act, and every moment is "walking the walk".

This way of life which incorporates most eastern paths and those that have ventured into the West with great courage, does not and never should propose a theory of "master".  It is a knowing of your strengths and weaknesses and act accordingly.  No matter how adept or proficient one maybe, the Universe has guidelines and it is essential to stay within the guidelines for personal empowering results.  And yes, the paths of a metaphysical life have their potholes and the roads to becoming "master" never really ends.  And yes, there are guides and mentors/teachers that have earned their right to teach through hard work, service, and study.  These are people who day in and day out live the metaphysical life both mundanely and esoterically reclaiming their ancient magical birthrights, knowing the power of their spoken words, ever increasing their ability to use universal energy to effect change, awareness that Mother Earth is a sacred space and a never ending respect for individual diversification.

Yes, yes, yes, all this and more can be summed up in seven powerful words of "truth": "their lives and actions speak for them".

Some daily activities in the metaphysical life:

- trust in yourself, the Universe, and Divinity

- a daily clearing period

- a daily meditation period

- a daily protection reaffirmed

- being able to focus one's mind and vibrations (feelings & emotions)

- being able to direct one's personal energy and universal energy

WARNING ... WARNING ... WARNING

If your inner well is dry ... if you are sick ...if your self-love is down ... if you are out of sorts ...if your energy is low .......  stop everything you are doing

It is time to refill the well with the waters of Spirit.  It is time to do some maintenance on YOU!

First begin clearing your energy.  A simple Kuhuna rite of words and very strong is:

Say 15 times a day at your convenience -

"I love you (what has to be cleared)

I forgive you and me.

I release you with all memories, essence and form from the beginning to NOW with harm to none.

Thank you.  AND SO IT IS!"

Must be said exactly as written. 

To bring you down and make you ill, there is much clearing to be done.  Know that every illness begins from within.
